A leading company in the education sector is seeking: **Campus Coordinator \- Amealco** Requirements: Bachelor's degree (graduated) Minimum 2 years of experience in coordination or prefecture roles Knowledge * Administration and management of service enterprises and customer service * Microsoft Office proficiency \>90% * ERP\-CRM (expert level) * Commercial processes * Academic management * Commercial management * Personnel management Responsibilities * Achievement of established KPI targets including NI, RI, RA, CC, NPS, CA, and EBITDA. * Timely support to students, faculty, and general staff. * Ensuring faculty recruitment, retention, and evaluation. * Hiring, training, supervising, and evaluating teaching and administrative staff. * Representing the institution at public and academic events locally, as well as before public and private organizations. * Ensuring academic quality in classrooms. * Maintaining campus facilities in optimal condition. * Ensuring the commercial process (planning visits, prospecting, generating calls and appointments, daily enrollment target). * Ensuring students meet both admission and graduation profile requirements. * Ensuring student terminal efficiency. * Supervision of regulatory compliance * Guaranteeing adherence to institutional philosophy and current regulations.
