




ICEP CASSEROLE is seeking an EDUCATIONAL SALES ADVISOR: Main responsibilities of the position: * **Identifying new customers:** Proactively seek individuals who may be interested in our educational programs. * **Initial contact with prospects:** Make phone calls or conduct in-person visits to present our offerings to potential candidates. * **Sales process and closing:** Negotiate terms and finalize enrollments with prospects. * **Post-enrollment support:** Accompany the new student after enrollment to ensure satisfaction and resolve any concerns. * **Student retention:** Build lasting relationships with current students through consistent, high-quality service. * **Information management:** Record and update contact details and interests of prospects and students in our databases. * **Market analysis:** Research the market to identify opportunities, student needs, and educational trends. * **Teamwork:** Coordinate activities with departments such as marketing and customer service to deliver a seamless student experience. * **Training and self-management:** Stay updated on our services and continuously improve sales skills through training and ongoing professional development. * *Required skills*: * Prior sales experience * Excellent communication and negotiation skills * Adaptability and resilience * Teamwork * Results-oriented mindset * Proactive attitude We offer: * Monthly base salary + bonuses + commissions (uncapped) * Career growth Position type: Full-time, Indefinite-term contract Salary: $9,000.00 – $15,000.00 per month Benefits: * Educational support * Option for an indefinite-term contract Experience: * SALES: 1 year (Preferred) Work location: On-site employment
