Reservation verification and baggage handling A prominent airport services company is seeking: **Part-Time Traffic Representative / Passenger Service Agent** Requirements: * Minimum education: High school diploma / Technical Professional Education (Tourism-related preferred) * 6 months to 1 year of customer service experience * English proficiency: Intermediate to advanced — mandatory * Flexible availability for shifts * Shift duration: 5.5 hours + 30-minute meal break * NIGHT AND EARLY-MORNING SHIFTS AT AICM * SHIFT ASSIGNMENT IS DETERMINED BY AIRLINE OPERATIONS — NO PERSONAL PREFERENCE ACCEPTED. Responsibilities: * Greet and inform passengers at the airport. * Verify passenger reservations. * Receive and weigh baggage in accordance with company regulations. * Monitor and control passenger boarding. * Receive arriving flights. * Assess special deplaning requirements and relay relevant information regarding boarded passengers to cabin crew.
