Position Summary: We are seeking an Accountant to record and validate accounting transactions in a dynamic retail environment, ensuring reliable financial information and legal compliance. At Colectivo Moda, we seek talent eager to grow in the accounting field within a dynamic retail environment. **Position Objective** To record and validate Colectivo Moda’s accounting transactions in accordance with internal policies, current tax regulations, and the accounting closing calendar, ensuring reliable financial information that supports decision-making and compliance with legal requirements. **Main Responsibilities** * Record journal entries for revenues, expenses, provisions, and adjustments. * Reconcile bank and general ledger accounts, identifying discrepancies. * Support the preparation of working papers for external audit or SAT (Mexican Tax Authority). * Digitize and archive supporting documents (invoices, receipts, contracts). * Participate in the accounting closing process by reviewing assigned accounts. * Update work reports and enter journal entries. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Public Accounting, Financial Administration, or related field. * Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting, auditing, or accounting firms. * Experience in retail companies (preferred). * Required: Intermediate to advanced Excel skills (pivot tables and functions). * Experience using accounting ERP systems. * Flexible working hours. **We Offer:** * Monthly salary **$12,600** * Performance bonus **$2,500** * Monthly food vouchers **$967** * Statutory benefits * Savings fund * Discounts at our shoe stores **What We Look For In You** An organized, analytical individual with a strong sense of urgency, who enjoys working with numbers and understands real-time operational closing pressure.
