Important consulting firm seeks the following due to expansion and growth: LABOR LAW ATTORNEY **Responsibilities** * Drafting and signing employment contracts. * Processing procedures with IMSS, SAT, and INM. * Monitoring labor and administrative lawsuits. * Managing employee terminations and attending conciliation hearings before the CCL. Work location: Del Valle Norte **Requirements and Experience** * Prior experience in law firms handling labor and tax matters and/or in labor or administrative courts. * Experience managing procedures with IMSS, SAT, and INM. * Basic knowledge of labor law. * Conducting procedures before local and federal government agencies. * Bachelor’s Degree in Law (degree certificate and professional license). * Willingness to travel. **We Offer** * Salary: $15,000.00 MXN, net * Statutory benefits * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM
