Faculty Management** · Teacher recruitment and selection: Identifying profiles, evaluating sample classes, conducting interviews, and hiring processes. · Faculty roster administration: Payroll management, scheduling, attendance tracking, and maintaining teacher records. **2\. Academic Support for Students** · Tutoring for irregular students: Organizing sessions with professors to support students facing difficulties and assessing their progress. · Complaints and suggestions: Providing personalized attention to students on academic matters, resolving complaints, and follow-up. · Academic monitoring: Tracking academic performance, student retention and dropout rates, and coordinating extraordinary exams. **3\. Interdepartmental Collaboration** · Promotion and Outreach: Participating in promoting academic programs in collaboration with other departments and organizing institutional activities. · Academic Events: Coordinating conferences, forums, workshops, diploma programs, and other academic activities to promote growth among teachers and students. · CRM and systems: Managing the educational platform and updating teacher and student records. **4\. Academic Supervision and Evaluation** · Class supervision: Ensuring methodological and curricular compliance, conducting academic audits, and providing feedback to teachers to improve performance. · Review of study programs: Participating in updating curricula and study programs based on teacher suggestions. **5\.
