You will be responsible for coordinating the team of cabinetmakers, ensuring proper use of materials and machinery, and supervising the production of custom furniture in **fine woods**. **Key Responsibilities** * Coordinate and supervise cabinetmaking workshop operations. * Interpret blueprints, cut lists, and technical specifications. * Plan and assign workloads to the cabinetmaking team. * Supervise cutting, assembly, veneering, framing, and finishing processes. * Guarantee **premium quality** standards on every project. * Monitor appropriate use of fine woods, veneers, and specialty hardware. * Ensure correct use, maintenance, and safety of machinery and tools. * Meet delivery deadlines and optimize workshop resources. * Collaborate with design, production, and installation departments. **Requirements** * Minimum of **5 to 7 years** of experience as Workshop Manager, Master Cabinetmaker, or similar role. * Proven experience in **fine cabinetmaking and high-end residential furniture**. * In-depth knowledge of **fine woods** (walnut, oak, parota, tzalam, maple, mahogany, among others). * Mastery of artisanal and semi-industrial fine woodworking processes. * Ability to lead work teams. * Strong focus on quality, detail, and finishes. * Capacity to resolve technical issues in the workshop. * Experience in custom furniture and special projects is desirable. **We Offer** * Competitive salary commensurate with experience. * Statutory benefits. * Direct employment by the company. * Job stability. * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 07:00 to 17:30 hrs.
