**Job Objective** Monitor and ensure compliance with safety and hygiene regulations in the field, guaranteeing that operational activities are carried out in accordance with current regulations and the client’s established safety guidelines. **Functions and Responsibilities** * On-site supervision of operational activities. * Verification of compliance with safety and hygiene regulations. * Application of Mexican Official Standards (NOM-STPS). * Review of proper use of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment). * Identification of unsafe acts and conditions. * Preparation of safety reports and daily logs. * Follow-up on incidents, accidents, and near-misses. * Coordination with supervisors and operational staff. * Compliance with the client’s safety policies and standards. **Requirements** * Education: Technical degree in Industrial Safety, Industrial Engineering, or related field. * Minimum 1 year of experience as a field safety officer or in safety and hygiene. * Knowledge of safety regulations (NOM-STPS). * Knowledge of high-risk work (desirable): * Work at heights * Confined spaces * Availability for field work. * Availability to travel within the United Mexican States. **Competencies** * Attention to detail. * Adherence to rules and procedures. * Effective communication. * Responsibility and discipline. * Teamwork. **We Offer** Salary: $14,000 per month **Benefits:** * Statutory benefits * Christmas bonus (aguinaldo) * Vacation entitlement as per law * Social Security (IMSS) * Per diem payments * Overtime pay Job Type: Full-time, Indefinite term Salary: $14,000.00 per month Benefits: * Free uniforms Work Location: On-site employment
