WE ARE SEEKING A SECURITY GUARD TO HANDLE INCIDENTS IN A RESIDENTIAL COMMUNITY, WORK LOCATION: SANTA FE Profile: \* Minimum 2 years verifiable experience as a security guard (mandatory), preferably at access gatehouses. \* Service-oriented attitude (kindness, courtesy, empathy). \* Honesty, ethics, discipline, and responsibility. \* Attention to detail and ability to handle conflicts diplomatically while adhering to regulations. \* Shifts of 24 x 24 and 48 x 48; flexible availability. \* Basic knowledge of Civil Protection (desirable) Main Responsibilities: Control of access for people and vehicles Inspection, registration, and assistance to residents, suppliers, employees, visitors, etc. Conducting patrols. Compliance with instructions, procedures, and standing orders. Completion of logs and reports. Absolute discretion. We Offer: Salary: $12,000 net monthly \+ $3,000 monthly performance bonus.
