




Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to build and configure Salesforce (Sales Cloud and Service Cloud) solutions from the defined backlog, ensuring proper implementation and support. Key Highlights: 1. Advanced configuration in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud 2. Proficiency in automations using Flows and approval processes 3. Participation in QA, UAT, go-live, and hypercare with technical documentation DESCRIPTION Build and configure the Salesforce (Sales Cloud and Service Cloud) solution based on the defined backlog, ensuring correct implementation of automations, business rules, security, reporting, and support during UAT and deployment. REQUIREMENTS **Responsibilities** * Configuration in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud according to user stories and acceptance criteria. * Implementation of Case Management (record types, queues, assignment rules, layouts, status). * Configuration of Opportunities and pipeline (stages, required fields, validations). * Development of automations using Flows (record-triggered, screen flows). * Implementation of Approval Processes (PLD/Legal) with notifications and traceability. * Configuration of profiles, roles, and permission sets. * Implementation of validation rules and data quality controls. * Creation of operational and executive reports and dashboards. * Support during QA and UAT (defect analysis and resolution). * Preparation and support for go-live and hypercare. * Technical-functional documentation of implemented configurations. **Requirements** * 4 to 7+ years configuring Salesforce. * Experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud. * Proficiency in Flows, validation rules, approval processes, and assignment rules. * Experience in Case Management and Opportunity management. * Knowledge of security models (roles, sharing, permission sets). * Experience creating reports and dashboards in Salesforce. * Experience participating in UAT and defect resolution. * Work under agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban). * High autonomy and quality orientation. **Desirable Requirements** * Salesforce Administrator certification. * Sales Cloud Consultant or Service Cloud Consultant certification. * Platform App Builder. * Experience in multi-country environments. * Experience in regulated processes. * Experience in integrations/APIs.
