Achieve sales targets and provide post-sales follow-up **Technical Sales Executive** Metal-mechanical industry **San Luis Potosí** **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Actively prospect new customers and business opportunities within the assigned territory. * Manage and develop the existing customer portfolio, ensuring repeat purchases and volume growth. * Present and promote the cutting tools product portfolio, highlighting commercial benefits, added value, and return on investment. * Identify general customer needs and channel specific technical requirements to the Applications Engineering department when necessary. * Prepare and follow up on quotations, commercial negotiations, and sales closure. * Meet established sales, margin, and product mix targets. * Provide post-sales follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction and business continuity. * Maintain the CRM updated with customer information, opportunities, quotations, and commercial activities. * Execute commercial activities such as visits, calls, presentations, and administrative sales follow-up. **KNOWLEDGE** * General knowledge of cutting tools and their basic applications. * General understanding of CNC machining processes (turning and milling). * Ability to handle quotations, commercial terms, and pricing policies. * Proficiency in CRM and commercial management tools. **EDUCATION** Technical degree, bachelor’s degree, or incomplete/completed engineering degree in industrial, commercial, or related fields. **COMPENSATION PACKAGE** Gross monthly salary: $23,000 Commissions Bonus Statutory benefits Employment type: Full-time Salary: $23,000.00 per month Application question(s): * Do you have general knowledge of cutting tools and their basic applications? * Do you have a general understanding of CNC machining processes (turning and milling)? * Do you possess skills for prospecting and business development?
