Ongoing training and professional development. **ARO Risk Industrial Safety Consulting is seeking:** **On-site Safety Inspector** Profile: Age: 22–35 years old Education: Recent graduate and/or Technician in Industrial Safety, Engineering, Safety and Hygiene Experience: 6 months in the field Responsibilities: * Daily verification of safe conditions on loading docks. * Supervision of proper use of PPE by operational staff and visitors. * Review of loading and unloading operations. * Real-time identification of unsafe acts and conditions. * Application of daily safety checklists for warehouse and loading dock areas. * Verification of compliance with applicable NOMs. * Follow-up on identified findings until closure. * Brief safety talks at the start of each shift (5–10 minutes). * Immediate feedback to operational staff regarding safe practices. * Reinforcement of critical safety rules.
