Our commitment to innovation, continuous improvement, and human talent development has established us as a benchmark in the national market. **Profile Requirements:** * Education: Technical degree, Industrial Engineering, or related field. * Experience: 2–3 years in similar roles within the metal-mechanical sector, industry, or manufacturing. * Knowledge: Production plan tracking; management and optimization of material flows on the shop floor; proper use of PPE; compliance with safety and hygiene regulations; technical knowledge of 5S; proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; ability to prepare basic reports; intermediate Excel skills for recording and tracking movements; identification of metal parts (desirable); interpretation of manufacturing diagrams. * Full-time availability and willingness to rotate shifts. **Main Responsibilities:** * Management of requisitions and coordination with procurement and external suppliers. * Planning and timely supply of materials according to production plans. * Technical development: nesting, colorimetry, and optimization of time and quality. * Monitoring of production KPIs and support in training new personnel. * Operation of machinery/equipment in the absence of assigned staff and support during overtime. * Control of remnants and scrap; preparation of reports; organization of materials. * Distribution and supply of supplies; operation of forklifts and pallet jacks. * Interface between operational and administrative departments to streamline processes. * Implementation of 5S, safety regulations, and proper use of PPE. * Participation in continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing and Kaizen methodologies. * Timely registration and reporting of shift incidents. **Key Competencies:** * Attention to detail and accountability in production processes. * Teamwork and effective communication. * Adaptability to changes in materials and specifications. * Commitment to industrial safety and proper use of PPE. **We Offer:** * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements. * Grocery vouchers. * Savings fund. * Uniforms. * Excellent work environment. * Transportation. **Advance your talent and grow with us.
