





**Requirements:** * Availability to travel * No restrictions on performing physical labor * Minimum of 3 years’ experience in equipment maintenance (preferred) * Technical degree or high school diploma * Advanced knowledge of electricity * Advanced computer and load cell software proficiency (advanced) **Main responsibilities:** * Coordinate relevant personnel for equipment maintenance and inspections, as well as perform daily supervision to ensure equipment remains in good condition. * Properly manage materials and motor components required for maintenance. * Maintain contact with departments across Mexico where such equipment is installed to coordinate annual maintenance. * Ensure and verify that equipment used for rigging installations has undergone both preventive and corrective maintenance prior to use at an event. * Conduct, manage, and update the general maintenance log for all equipment used at events. * Perform necessary load tests depending on motor type, with a minimum test load of 1.2 times the rated capacity. * Verify, comply with, and ensure adherence to all parameters, protocols, and general safety requirements for rigging equipment, in order to prevent accidents and safeguard the integrity of event attendees as well as personnel involved in installation execution.
