




Job Summary: We are seeking a Site Resident with proven experience in civil construction, responsible for controlling and coordinating fieldwork to ensure quality, safety, cost-efficiency, and timely delivery. We are looking for a **Site Resident** with proven experience in civil construction, responsible for controlling fieldwork to ensure project quality, safety, costs, and schedule. **Main Responsibilities** * Coordinate and supervise field personnel to ensure proper execution of works. * Control quality of on-site work execution. * Monitor attendance and daily headcount of field personnel. * Submit weekly payroll reports for office processing. * Coordinate contractors, work crews, and suppliers on site. * Ensure works comply with drawings, technical specifications, and applicable regulations. * Prepare and monitor construction schedules and timelines. * Quantify and request materials according to the construction schedule to ensure timely and proper supply. * Control incoming and outgoing materials and small tools on site. * Daily monitoring and review of material wastage, small tools, and light machinery on site. * Maintain construction logbook and prepare daily/weekly progress reports. * Coordinate safety and hygiene aspects on site. * Provide technical and administrative support to the Construction Superintendent. * Represent the company before clients and external supervisors. **Requirements** * Education: **Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related degree** (degree holder required). * Experience: **Minimum 3 years as Site Resident**, preferably in civil construction projects. * Solid knowledge of: * Construction and site safety regulations. * Drawing interpretation and AutoCAD proficiency. * MS Project and/or Primavera (construction scheduling). * Microsoft Office suite. * Willingness and ability to travel and work on site. * Leadership, organization, effective communication, and decision-making. **We Offer** * Competitive salary: MXN 15,000 (negotiable based on experience). * Statutory and above-statutory benefits. * Stable project with growth opportunities. * Positive work environment and support for professional development.
