Efficiently manage the recruitment, selection, and hiring process. 2. File control and assembly, as well as personnel follow-up. 3. Experience in flyer distribution, job posting, job fairs, and psychometric testing. **Requirements:** * Gender: Unrestricted. * Age: 25 to 45 years old. * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Capital, Human Resources, or related field. * Minimum 1 year of verifiable experience. * Knowledge of: flyer distribution, job posting, job fairs, promotional activities, administration of psychometric tests, and administration. * Prior experience in recruitment within the private security sector is preferred (desirable but not mandatory). **Main Responsibilities:** * Efficiently manage the recruitment, selection, and hiring process. * Proper file control and assembly. * Personnel follow-up. * Attendance at job fairs. * Job posting and flyer distribution. * Field recruitment.
