We are seeking a recruitment specialist, particularly for operational profiles. **Senior Recruiter – Operational** * Education: Completed high school or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, or related field. * Work schedule: Monday to Saturday. * Experience: 1 year in recruitment and selection of operational profiles. * Willingness to travel. Responsibilities: * Database management and tracking; updating departmental KPIs. * Recruitment and selection of operational profiles. * Use of digital media for personnel dissemination and sourcing (recruitment productivity and effectiveness will be measured). * Utilization of diverse recruitment channels for talent acquisition (seeking a creative and innovative individual who can establish the company’s presence in the market). * Development of mass talent attraction strategies. * Competency-based interviews. * Results-oriented work.
