Our commitment to innovation, continuous improvement, and human talent development has established us as a benchmark in the national market. **Profile Requirements:** * Education: Completed Technical or High School diploma in related fields (Mechanics, Electromechanics, Industrial, Manufacturing). * Experience: 1–3 years in inspection of GMAW (MIG) and GTAW (TIG) welding processes. * Knowledge: Typical welding defects such as porosity, lack of fusion, undercut, cracks, and spatter, among others. Proficiency in using measuring instruments including calipers, welding gauges, rulers, and squares. * Desirable: Familiarity with applicable standards and codes such as AWS and ISO 9001. Ability to read and interpret design drawings for conducting inspections; identification of materials used in production processes; preparation of reports using Office tools; and customer service focused on quality, clarity, and professional conduct. * Full-time availability **Main Responsibilities:** * Perform first-piece inspection according to established technical criteria and procedures. * Conduct visual welding inspection during production and on finished products, verifying compliance with drawings, welding symbols, WPS, acceptance criteria, and customer specifications. * Record inspection results and report non-conformities. * Follow up on rework and releases. * Support verification of welding process compliance, use of measuring equipment, and process conditions. * Collaborate with production and quality teams to prevent defects and ensure product conformity. * Participate in non-conforming product review meetings, providing technical evidence and improvement proposals. * Participate in root cause analyses arising from corrective actions, as well as execution of resulting activities. * Contribute to continuous process improvement. * Review technical and quality documentation. * Comply with quality procedures and standards. * Apply the 5S methodology at the workplace. * Adhere to company policies and regulations. * Carry out duties inherent to the position. * Structured follow-up and achievement of strategic goals (KPIs). **Key Competencies:** * Attention to detail and accountability in production processes. * Teamwork and effective communication. * Adaptability to changes in materials and specifications. * Commitment to industrial safety and proper use of PPE. **We Offer:** * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements * Grocery vouchers * Savings fund * Uniforms * Excellent work environment * Transportation **Boost your talent and grow with us.
