Responsibilities: \-Team Leadership: Supervise, motivate, and evaluate the performance of security guards at their respective posts. \-Operational Control: Conduct random inspection rounds to verify compliance with instructions and proper use of uniforms and equipment. \-Shift Management: Administer attendance roles, last-minute coverage, shift handovers, and overtime hours. \-Customer Service: Serve as the first point of contact to resolve client inquiries or on-site incidents. \-Emergency Management: Coordinate responses to critical situations (accidents, thefts, medical emergencies) and contact relevant authorities. \-Reporting and Documentation: Prepare clear and timely daily incident reports, administrative minutes, and incident reports.
