




Position Summary: Supervises and trains security personnel, ensures compliance with protocols, manages incidents, and maintains communication with clients and management. Key Highlights: 1. Communication and performance evaluation **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Supervise security personnel across various posts and facilities. * Verify compliance with instructions, protocols, and regulations. * Conduct scheduled and random supervision rounds. * Prepare reports on incidents, operational updates, and other relevant events. * Train and guide security personnel. * Respond to incidents, emergencies, or risk situations. * Maintain communication with clients and operations management. * Control uniforms, equipment, and work tools. * Evaluate the performance of security guards. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree (internship candidates accepted). * Courses or certifications in private security. (PREFERRED) * Training in emergency response, first aid, or risk control (PREFERRED). * 2–3 years of experience in private security. * Mandatory knowledge of CTPAT and OEA. * Security procedures. * Incident and crisis management. * Report writing. * National private security regulations. * Basic PC operation and radio communication. * Leadership. * Decision-making. * Conflict resolution. * Effective communication. * Observation and analysis. * Organization and planning. * Working under pressure. * Discipline and responsibility.
