Work environment that promotes safety and teamwork **Job Objective** To perform fabrication, assembly, repair, and maintenance tasks for metal structures, complying with established quality, safety, and efficiency standards. **Main Responsibilities** * Cut, assemble, and weld metal parts according to product requirements. * Perform layout, cutting, bending, and adjustment of metal materials using hand and mechanical tools. * Conduct quality inspections to ensure fabricated parts meet technical specifications. * Implement and promote workplace safety and hygiene standards. * Maintain and perform basic maintenance on tools and equipment used. * Report progress and requirements to the immediate supervisor. **Requirements** * Completed secondary education (minimum requirement). * Technical training in welding (electrode, carbon steel, MIG), blacksmithing, or sheet metal work is preferred. * Minimum 1–3 years of experience in sheet metal work, welding, or metal structure fabrication. * Proficiency in using hand, mechanical, and electric tools (cutting machine, angle grinder, etc.). * Availability for shift work (1st shift: 6:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., 2nd shift: 2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m., 3rd shift: 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m., rotating shifts, month-by-month or depending on workload).
