Job Summary: This role involves providing medical and emergency care, conducting health evaluations, and collaborating on occupational safety and health protocols. Key Responsibilities: 1. Medical and emergency care 2. Conducting periodic medical examinations and health assessments 3. Collaboration on occupational safety and health ACTIVITIES * **Medical and Emergency Care:** * Provide **first aid** and emergency care in case of work-related accidents or injuries. * Perform wound care and individualized nursing assistance. * Attend to on-demand health consultations from workers. * Conduct periodic **medical examinations and health assessments** to identify health risks and hazards in the workplace. * Develop and review **worker health surveillance protocols**. * **Occupational Safety and Health:** * Collaborate with the Safety and Hygiene Department to assess working conditions and personal protective equipment (PPE). * Establish criteria for work restrictions, if necessary.
