Ensuring patient safety **Job Description:** Hospital Lomas Providencia is seeking a professional responsible for delivering comprehensive and timely patient care, implementing nursing care in accordance with clinical protocols and quality standards, collaborating with the medical team, ensuring patient safety, and contributing to the proper functioning of hospital services. **Schedule:** Night shift: Monday, Thursday, and Saturday, from 8:30 PM to 7:30 AM **MUST HAVE** availability to undergo training for **3 months**, during the morning shift, Monday through Sunday, from 7:00 AM to 2:30 PM, with 2 days off. Requirements: * Valid professional degree and license as a Nursing Technician or Bachelor’s graduate * Minimum 1 year of experience Responsibilities: * Support attending physicians and deliver high-quality patient care during hospitalization, providing necessary supplies and equipment while complying with the Joint Commission International Patient Safety Goals. * Admit patients for hospitalization, perform wound dressings, and triage. * Provide patient care from admission through postoperative recovery and throughout hospitalization. * Verify correct medication administration to patients, supervising control of high-risk medications. * Deliver care across various hospital departments, including inpatient units, nurseries, operating rooms, among others.
