




Job Summary: A professional who prepares estimates, quotations, and work schedules; monitors project progress; and manages materials and change orders in the naval sector. Key Requirements: 1. Essential experience in naval cost estimation and naval project management 2. Proficiency in technical naval English and advanced Office software 3. Responsible for project planning and control Job Description and Detailed Responsibilities * Prepares project estimates based on customer specifications to establish the initial project budget. * Prepares material quotations based on physical surveys to expand the project scope. * Develops the work schedule based on the project’s initial list to meet commitments established with the customer. * Monitors physical and financial progress by comparing estimated versus actual performance to track implementation and maintain control. * Requests project materials based on specified requirements to ensure timely availability. * Quantifies standard project materials based on physical surveys and/or site inspections for quotation purposes. * Prepares project change orders based on material and/or service quantification to develop quotations for project expansion. Experience and Requirements * Naval Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related degree. * 4 years of experience (mandatory). * Cost estimation in naval repair and fabrication. * Project management. * Planning. * Technical naval English (mandatory). * Advanced Office software. * Project administration.
