Quality management in manufacturing processes **JOB OBJECTIVE** Coordinate and supervise production operations to be completed efficiently, safely, and within the established budget; meet the weekly unit requirements set by the sales department while ensuring reliability across our Polar and Solar lines. **Responsibilities:** * Production Management: Plan, organize, and supervise the production process, ensuring adherence to production schedules and manufacturing objectives. Implement and promote continuous improvement initiatives—such as Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma—to optimize efficiency and reduce waste. * Ensure quality standards are maintained across all manufacturing processes, managing audits and tracking non-conformities. * Personnel Management. **Required Experience:** * Manufacturing coordination in metalmechanical industry: **3 years** * MIG or TIG welding * Machining: cutting and bending **Knowledge and Skills:** * Line balancing, Continuous Improvement, Operations Planning. * Lean Manufacturing. * Industrial Safety Regulations. * Production management tools. **Required Education:** Industrial Engineering / Mechanical Engineering / Operations and Processes Engineering / or related field **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with flexible schedule availability Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $18,000.00 – $21,000.00 per month Benefits: * Life insurance * Discounted cafeteria service * Free uniforms * Grocery vouchers Application Question(s): * Do you have experience in the metalmechanical industry? * Do you have experience in any type of welding?
