




Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and creative digital marketing specialist to manage social media, launch Google and Meta Ads campaigns, analyze data, and optimize digital growth. Key Responsibilities: 1. Social media management. 2. Launching and optimization of Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns. 3. Data analysis for continuous improvement and opportunity identification. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field. 3 years of experience in digital marketing. We are looking for someone with: Creativity, self-management and organizational skills, analytical ability, proactivity, positivity, teamwork orientation, and eagerness to learn. Key Responsibilities: * Social media management. * Planning, launching, and optimizing Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram, Audience Network) campaigns. * Defining audiences, advanced segmentation, and remarketing strategies. * Adjusting budgets to maximize ROI. * Analysis and reporting. * Monitoring KPIs in real time and generating weekly reports. * Proposing data-driven continuous improvements. * Automation & Growth Hacking. * Identifying new digital growth opportunities. * Publishing posts across all social media profiles. * Monitoring social media posts. * Handling prospect assignments received via Cliengo. * Producing and publishing daily social media content. * Lead generation and sales. * Customer interaction on social media. * Interaction metrics (likes, comments, views, and reach). * Employment Type: Full-time Salary: Starting at $12,000.00 per month Benefits: * Savings fund Education: * Completed Bachelor’s degree (Preferred) Experience: * Sales: 1 year (Preferred) Work Location: On-site employment
