Job Summary: We are seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to ensure the building’s optimal functionality, safety, operability, and aesthetics. Key Responsibilities: 1. Maintain, anticipate, and correct the building's optimal physical condition 2. Ensure safe, operational, and aesthetic conditions in all areas 3. Extensive knowledge of electricity, plumbing, and general maintenance We seek a responsible Maintenance Supervisor tasked with maintaining, anticipating, and correcting the building’s optimal functionality and physical condition, ensuring safe, operational, and aesthetic conditions across all areas. **Primary Duties:** * Perform painting and beautification work in rooms and common areas. * Identify and repair malfunctions in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. * Replace damaged or defective parts. * Repair or replace furniture as needed. * Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment and facilities. * Supervise and ensure proper operation of emergency systems. * Gardening. **Responsibilities:** * Maintain facilities in optimal operating condition. * Prevent failures through timely maintenance. * Comply with safety and civil protection regulations. * Ensure a safe environment for guests, customers, or staff. **Requirements:** * Knowledge of electricity, plumbing, and general maintenance. * Prior experience in building maintenance (preferred). * Ability to efficiently solve problems. * Responsibility and attention to detail.
