Job Summary: We are seeking a Maintenance Manager to oversee all installation, repair, and maintenance operations of the property’s facilities, ensuring their optimal condition. Key Responsibilities: 1. Develop and ensure implementation of maintenance procedures. 2. Plan and supervise installation and repair activities. 3. Lead and organize maintenance staff. We seek a trustworthy **Maintenance Manager** to oversee all installation, repair, and maintenance operations of the property’s facilities. An outstanding Maintenance Manager must possess solid knowledge of electrical and plumbing systems, carpentry, and other specialties. They must have in-depth understanding of all maintenance processes, as well as health and safety regulations. The ideal candidate should also possess administrative capabilities, such as report writing, budgeting, etc. The objective is to ensure that the property’s facilities are well maintained and suitable to support daily business operations. RESPONSIBILITIES * Develop maintenance procedures and ensure their implementation * Conduct facility inspections to identify and resolve issues * Inspect hydraulic and electrical systems to ensure functionality * Plan and supervise all installation and repair activities * Assign workloads and supervise maintenance staff (security guards, custodians, etc.) * Monitor equipment inventory and place orders when necessary * Manage relationships with contractors and service providers * Maintain maintenance records and report daily activities * Ensure compliance with health and safety policies REQUIREMENTS * Proven experience as a Maintenance Manager or in another management role * Experience in planning maintenance operations * Solid technical knowledge of plumbing, carpentry, electrical systems, etc. * Professional knowledge of facility equipment and machinery * Ability to track activities and prepare related reports * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills * Exceptional leadership and organizational abilities * High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or degree in facility administration or management is highly desirable Salary: $8,749\.25 \- $21,916\.10 per month Work Location: On-site employment
