Opportunity for professional growth and development We are looking for an operational HR generalist with a customer service focus to join a company committed to personal and professional development—reflected in daily quality of life—and aligned with our corporate purpose: “Empowering women in Mexico to improve their quality of life.” **Requirements:** \- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, or a field related to Human Resources. \- Minimum 1 year of experience in operational Human Resources as an analyst or in a similar role. \- Must have direct interaction with external customers (problem resolution). \- Experience supervising operational staff (incident tracking, reporting, replacements, etc.). \- Experience in onboarding, pre-payroll, and labor relations (preferably in security companies). \- Intermediate Excel skills. \- Skills in negotiation, conflict resolution, and decision-making. \- Effective communication, service-oriented attitude, empathy, and ability to work under pressure. \- Willingness to travel to Guadalajara **Main Responsibilities:** \- Supervise and monitor assigned operational staff. \- Address client requests, reports, or personnel movements. \- Resolve labor incidents (absenteeism, turnover, replacements). \- Support recruitment processes and coverage of operational vacancies. \- Monitor onboarding and labor relations processes. \- Act as liaison between the client and operational team to ensure service quality. We Offer: \- Base monthly salary of $12,000 net. \- Monthly productivity bonus of $3,000. \- 12 vacation days starting from the first year. \- Medium-term professional growth and development. \- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:30 am to 4:00 pm, plus one Saturday per month, 8:00 am to 1:00 pm.
