A leading telecommunications company is seeking: HR MANAGER Requirements: Personnel management experience Minimum 2 years of verifiable experience in telecommunications companies, preferably in production plants Supervise and coordinate the administrative functions of the Human Resources department to achieve company objectives Accustomed to working under pressure Manage and oversee a staff of 150 employees RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Recruitment and selection of personnel through strategies and techniques aimed at attracting talent 2. Personnel management from onboarding to offboarding from the company. 3. Labor relations and effective communication. 4. Ensure employees comply with legal regulations related to safety and health. 5. Identify employee needs and develop strategies to address them 6. Lead departmental decisions 7. Create and implement policies that improve and promote enhancement of the company’s work environment 8. Conduct and apply metrics to assess departmental effectiveness 9. Develop programs to implement corporate culture and foster a sense of belonging 10. Establish internal policies and internal work regulations 11. Prepare and manage the department’s annual budget 12. Supervise performance evaluations 13. Coordinate and supervise employee training and development programs 14.
