




Job Summary: We are seeking a culinary professional with experience in banquets and fine dining to plan, prepare, and present customized menus while ensuring quality and compliance with hygiene standards. Key Highlights: 1. Leads and manages kitchen staff for high-end events. 2. Ensures quality and consistency of dishes in fine dining kitchens. 3. Develops creative menus and optimizes ingredient utilization. **Essential Requirements:** ● Bachelor’s degree in Gastronomy or related field. ● Minimum 3 years of experience in banquets and fine dining kitchens. ● Prior experience in 5-star hotels (preferred). ● Experience in large-volume food production. ● Knowledge of compliance with quality and hygiene indicators, Distintivo H, and/or other quality and hygiene standards. ● Knowledge of international cuisine. ● Flexible availability. **Responsibilities:** ● Plan, prepare, and present customized menus for events. ● Manage and supervise kitchen staff during event execution. ● Ensure quality and consistency of served dishes. ● Supervise receipt and storage of food supplies. ● Maintain compliance with all food hygiene and safety regulations. ● Control costs and optimize ingredient usage through efficient production planning, ensuring meticulous management of waste. ● Maintain cleanliness and proper condition of the kitchen area, utensils, and equipment. ● Place raw material orders and manage inventory. **Skills and Competencies:** ● Proactivity and effective planning. ● Excellent communication and leadership skills. ● Ability to work under pressure and manage conflicts. ● Creativity in menu development and dish presentation. ● Time management and organizational skills to ensure efficient and timely service. ● Teamwork orientation and customer focus. ● Responsible and committed.
