We are seeking a SUPERVISOR for the men's locker room area, committed to excellence in service and personalized attention. ***Position Objective:*** Ensure cleanliness, order, and outstanding service in the men's locker room area by supervising assigned staff (attendants and bar servers) and promptly addressing members’ needs and requests, thereby guaranteeing a premium experience aligned with the club’s standards. **Key Responsibilities:** * Deliver courteous, discreet, and personalized service. * Address requests related to lockers, towels, and amenities. * Supervise cleanliness, order, and presentation of the area. * Coordinate assigned staff (attendants and bartender). * Manage key control and locker usage. * Supervise bar operations and monitor responsible alcohol consumption. * Ensure compliance with cleaning and disinfection protocols. * Enforce safety standards in wet areas. * Report hazards and technical malfunctions. * Manage inventories of towels, amenities, and supplies. * Verify proper operation of sauna, steam room, and showers. * Propose operational and service improvements. Requirements: * Experience in customer service, hospitality, or sports clubs. * Leadership skills and ability to coordinate teams. * Basic knowledge of cleaning and safety protocols. * Intermediate English (preferred). * Flexible availability.
