Main Responsibilities * Supervise the **arrival and registration of vehicles** at the terminal or yard. * Monitor and record vehicle **inbound and outbound movements**. * Complete and maintain **operational logbooks**. * **Authorize vehicle departures** in accordance with established procedures. * Verify the **physical and mechanical condition** of vehicles prior to departure. * Confirm that vehicles meet **safety and operational requirements**. * Report incidents, damages, or irregularities identified. * Coordinate with drivers and maintenance departments as required. * Provide customer service regarding proper scheduling guidance or availability status of routes. Requirements * Completed high school education (technical or related field preferred). * Minimum experience in monitoring and customer service. * Basic computer skills and administrative record-keeping ability. * Flexible working hours.
