Collaborative work environment in a customs agency. ***CUSTOMS AGENCY SEEKING CUSTOMS TRAFFIC OPERATIONS DATA ENTRY CLERK*** * Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, Logistics, Customs Administration, or International Business. * Minimum 1 year of experience in the customs agency field. * Knowledge of data entry sections in customs declaration systems. * Preferred system knowledge: CASSA or RECO. * Ability to identify and understand commercial documents: invoice, bill of lading (BL), Form 318. * Basic knowledge of customs law and related regulations. ***Responsibilities***. * Receive commercial documents via email (invoice, packing list, BL, Form 318) from executives for documentation review, to prepare proforma invoices. * Print documents to open reference files (initiate new shipment files). * Prepare proforma invoices using client data and invoice information (product, merchandise value, unit of measure, prices) in the CASA, CTRA WIN, and CESA WIN systems. * Generate reports recording completed shipment entries. ***We Offer***. * Statutory benefits (Christmas bonus, vacation, vacation premium, profit sharing) * Uniforms * Monthly salary: $10,000.00 to $12,000.00 * Working hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM * Saturdays: 9:00 AM–1:00 PM * Development plan * Punctuality bonuses Employment type: Full-time Salary: $10,000.00–$12,000.00 per month Benefits: * Option for indefinite-term contract * Free uniforms * Food vouchers Work location: On-site employment
