Job Summary: Responsible for preparing pre-arrival documentation, customs clearance of cargo, and handling import/export procedures, ensuring cargo monitoring and release. Key Highlights: 1. Pre-arrival documentation preparation and reporting EDUCATION: Junior high school and/or completed technical degree AGE: 20 years and above EXPERIENCE: 1 year in traffic department OBJECTIVE: Prepare pre-arrival documentation and related reports based on invoice, packing list, bill of lading (B/L), and release cargo. KNOWLEDGE: Pre-arrival documentation preparation. Cargo customs clearance. Deconsolidation procedures. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Prepare and report pre-arrival documentation—including photographs—to Traffic Executive/Dispatch Coordinator. * Handle all procedures inherent to imports and exports. * Monitor cargo as it passes through the automated system. * Timely execute cargo customs clearance. * Assist with administrative payments, collections, revalidations, and payments.
