Del Valle, CDMX.** **JOB SUMMARY** **Join the support team of one of the leading airlines in the market. We are seeking individuals with an excellent service attitude to provide high-quality telephone assistance at our Del Valle neighborhood office.** **WORK SCHEDULE** * **Workdays: Monday to Sunday, with one rotating day off.** * **Fixed Shifts: 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM or 5:00 PM to 12:00 AM.** **COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS** * **Base Salary: $8,300 (42h) or $9,500 (48h) per month.** * **Timely Payments: Deposited every Thursday.** * **Productivity Bonus: Additional $1,800 per month.** * **Food Vouchers: $600 per month.** * **Transportation Support: $45 net per day worked.** * **Benefits: Above statutory requirements (Life insurance, dental insurance, savings fund, and cafeteria).** **PAID TRAINING** * **Schedule: Monday to Friday, 2:00 PM to 9:00 PM.** * **Financial Support: $6,500 base + $1,800 bonus.** **MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS** * **Completed High School Diploma (Proof required).** * **Experience: Minimum 3 months in a call center.** * **Documentation: Valid INE and updated RFC.** Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $11,000.00 – $12,000.00 per month Benefits: * Study support * Savings fund * Life insurance Application Question(s): * Do you have call center experience?
