




Position Summary: We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to preserve and maintain facilities, real estate, and equipment across various branches in optimal operating and functional condition. Extensive experience in general maintenance Maintenance Technician / Commercial or Residential – Juriquilla Area An organization with over 31 years of experience in recreational and swimming activities, focused on the safety of children and adults. **Objective:** Perform duties inherent to the department in accordance with established procedures; address branch requirements to preserve and maintain facilities, real estate, and equipment in optimal operating and functional condition. **Job Requirements** **Academic Qualifications:** Technician or Engineer in Industrial Maintenance, Air Conditioning, Mechatronics, Electromechanics, Electricity, Industrial Maintenance, or related field. · Minimum 5 years’ experience in general maintenance. · Computer proficiency **Technical Knowledge:** Electrical systems, boiler operation, pressure vessels, high-pressure cooking equipment, medium- and low-voltage systems, pneumatics, positive-displacement pumps, centrifugal pumps, energy isolation (lockout/tagout), and switching operations **Responsibilities:** · Learn, understand, and apply maintenance product and equipment handling procedures. · Monitor maintenance routines and proper use of tools and equipment. · Perform tasks adhering to safety standards and procedures. · **Corrective and preventive maintenance.** · **Supplier coordination.** · **Facility inspections to ensure optimal performance.** · **Incident response.** · **Air conditioning maintenance execution.** · **Electrical systems.** · **Sanitary and general facility installations.** · Repair any malfunctions that may arise. · Manage third-party access to technical areas (contractors, suppliers). · Maintain clear communication with production departments regarding completed work and pending tasks. · Assist the Maintenance Coordinator in supervising new projects. · Spare parts inventory control. · Tracking of maintenance tasks performed in the department. · Tool inventory accountability. · Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. · Support installation and calibration of instrumentation required for proper machinery operation. · Diagnose faults and perform repairs on mechanical equipment. · Assist in installation and commissioning of new machinery. · Comply with safety and quality standards for equipment maintenance.
