KNOWLEDGE: Specific Required Knowledge Technical Knowledge: * Tire types (radial, high-performance, SUV, pickup truck, etc.). * Tire dimensions, load indices, and speed ratings. * Processes for: o Mounting and demounting tires o Balancing o Alignment o Tire repair o Tire rotation * Basic diagnosis of suspension issues and irregular tire wear. * Use and supervision of workshop machinery: o Alignment machine o Balancing machine o Tire changer * Basic safety standards in automotive workshops. Commercial Knowledge: * Consultative sales techniques. * Customer service and support. * Handling objections and closing sales. * Cross-selling of automotive services. * Strategies to increase average transaction value. Administrative Knowledge: * Inventory control. * Cash handling and sales reconciliation. * Performance indicators (sales and operations KPIs). * Report generation and goal tracking. * Personnel management (shift scheduling, productivity, and performance). Digital Knowledge: * Point-of-sale (POS) system operation. * Inventory control within software systems. * Proficiency in Excel or basic administrative tools. * Invoicing platform usage.
