




Objective: Responsible for attracting and securing event bookings, as well as supervising the planning and execution of banquets, ensuring flawless operations that deliver a pleasant customer experience. Responsibilities: * Stay up-to-date with event and banquet trends, as well as local regulations and safety standards. * Plan and coordinate all aspects of banquet and catering events. * Communicate effectively with clients, suppliers, and internal team members to ensure all needs and expectations are met. * Manage event budget and costs. * Interact with clients to understand their needs and ensure their satisfaction. * Identify and resolve issues promptly, minimizing any negative impact on the event. * Understanding of different menu types, beverage options, and quality standards. * Evaluate event success and prepare performance reports.
