Job Summary: Perform diagnostics, preventive and corrective maintenance, and mechanical repairs on motor vehicles, ensuring their safe and efficient operation. Key Highlights: 1. Diagnosis and repair of mechanical failures in motor vehicles. 2. Preventive and corrective maintenance of vehicle systems. 3. Technical consultation for customers and preparation of reports. Job Objective Perform diagnostics, preventive and corrective maintenance, as well as mechanical repairs on motor vehicles, ensuring their safe, efficient, and quality-standard-compliant operation. Main Responsibilities * Inspect vehicles to identify mechanical failures or component wear. * Perform preventive maintenance (oil changes, filter replacements, brake inspections, suspension checks, etc.). * Repair mechanical systems such as engine, transmission, steering, brakes, and suspension. * Use hand tools, power tools, and computerized diagnostic equipment. * Record completed work and prepare technical reports. * Advise customers on vehicle condition and service recommendations. * Comply with workshop safety and hygiene regulations. * Maintain order and cleanliness in the work area. Job Requirements * Reside near the area (GAC Lerma) * **Education:** Automotive Mechanics Technician or related field. * **Experience:** Minimum 2–3 years in vehicle repair and maintenance. * **Technical Knowledge:** * Electronic fuel injection systems, ABS brakes, suspension, hydraulic and electric power steering. * Reading technical manuals and using automotive scanners. * Prior experience working at automotive dealerships is mandatory. * Safety and environmental regulations applicable to the automotive sector. * **Skills:** * Accurate fault diagnosis. * Attention to detail. * Teamwork. * Effective communication with customers and colleagues.
