We offer * **Weekly pay.** * Statutory benefits. * Job stability. * Professional development. * Free uniforms. * **Company vehicle.** Requirements * Completed high school diploma or incomplete bachelor’s degree. * Experience in asset security, loss prevention, or monitoring. * **Flexible schedule availability.** * Residence within no more than **90 minutes of the Vallejo Industrial Zone** * Proactivity and results orientation. * **Ability to drive a standard vehicle.** * **Valid driver’s license.** Responsibilities * Plan and implement security strategies to ensure protection of company assets and property. * Deter internal and external risks that could affect the company’s integrity and its employees. * Supervise and coordinate compliance with internal security directives. * Supervise and provide feedback to the monitoring team at each CEDIS. * Manage the CCTV system across distribution centers. * Prepare incident reports (theft or damage). * Organize and manage operations of the Security and Monitoring Department. Job Activities * Identify and correct internal or external incidents. * Detect and sanction improper practices inside or outside company facilities. * Conduct periodic reviews of internal security area processes for continuous improvement. * Evaluate monitoring area processes to reduce theft, floor payments, and incidents in sales areas. * Accompany employees to file official reports with the Public Ministry in cases of theft (cash or products). * Conduct investigations and review CCTV footage for potential breaches of integrity. * Conduct security visits across various CEDIS to minimize risks. * Coordinate actions with public security and judicial authorities in high-risk zones. **Schedule your interview with Lic.
