Join the orange family **HOME DEPOT SENDERO** is looking for: **Human Resources Assistant** ***WE OFFER:*** * Competitive salary * Savings fund * Benefits exceeding legal requirements * Variable bonus * Transportation allowance * Life insurance * Profit sharing * Loyalty bonus for work anniversaries **Rotating shifts** MONDAY TO FRIDAY AND 1 SATURDAY ON DUTY PER MONTH FOR 3 HOURS * 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM * 8:30 AM – 7:00 PM * 1 or 2 Saturdays per month on duty from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM **Job Description:** * Recruitment to ensure appropriate talent is hired for the store. * Training – Execute in-store tools so associates understand operational and customer service processes relevant to their roles. * Labor – Support Department Managers in developing associate work schedules and vacation plans, ensuring fairness and work-life balance. * Process payroll according to Company guidelines and legal compliance (SUA, IMSS, etc.), as well as updating data in the Human Resources System. – Handle all IMSS and Fonacot processes related to the store. * Prepare accurate severance settlements in accordance with Company policies and following recommendations provided by the Labor and Payroll areas regarding Compensation and Benefits. * Efficiently administer all associate benefit programs. Culture Programs * Implement Culture programs such as Healthy Living, Mentors, Orange Blood Nuclei, Orange Blood Challenge, Depot Team, and any other initiatives promoting and communicating the Company’s culture. In-Store Communication and Events * Organize quarterly events, Christmas party, Mother’s Day celebration, and any other events fostering associate engagement and camaraderie. * Monitor the Communications Kit in the associate area. Recognition * Support and assist the Store Leadership Team in delivering associate recognition awards. Occupational Health and Medical Department * Support the assigned physician at the store and, together with Human Resources Management, provide sufficient supplies to the medical area. * Administer and track workplace accidents. Social Responsibility * Implement donation programs and Depot Teams. Administrative Tasks * Ensure proper administration of all processes, verified through Administrative and Physical Audits. * Safeguard all information entrusted to you in the course of your duties with a high degree of confidentiality. * Manage donation documentation at the store. **Requirements:** * Minimum education: Higher education – Bachelor’s degree * 2 years of experience in similar positions * Knowledge: Microsoft Office Good luck!
