ACCIONA Energía adheres to the most stringent Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) criteria.** **Job Description** Mission: Execute electricity purchase/sale trading operations for ACCIONA Group facilities and clients in the Spanish wholesale electricity market (OMIE and REE). Perform settlement and billing activities for energy generated by facilities represented by Acciona Green in the Wholesale Market; prepare and submit coverage settlements and REMIT and EMIR reporting. Responsibilities: * Calculate daily forecasts for Acciona Energía and client facilities * Prepare bids for the OMIE-managed day-ahead market * Collect incidents and adjustments, and submit bids to intraday markets * Submit bids to the market * Monitor and track coverage settlements as well as EMIR, REMIT, and MiFID II regulatory compliance to align internal processes * Prepare order and transaction reporting in accordance with European regulations (EMIR, REMIT) * Calculate and verify monthly REE settlements and re-settlements: C3 (m\+3\), C4 (m\+8\), and C5 (m\+11\) * Prepare and submit nominations and bid breakdowns to REE for all bids * Monitor and track EMIR, REMIT, and MiFID II regulatory compliance to align internal processes * Register and deregister entities represented at OMIE and REE * Calculate and verify monthly REE settlements and re-settlements: C3 (m\+3\), C4 (m\+8\), and C5 (m\+11\) * Issue invoices for various services provided by Acciona Green (Origin Guarantees, Control Center, Remote Metering Service, etc.) * Process Origin Guarantee issuance/exportation and transfers at CNMC. **Candidate Requirements** Education / Qualifications: Engineering degree Additional Training: Experience in the electricity market, data analysis and reporting tasks, ability to work effectively in cross-departmental teams.
