We are a financial institution with over 20 years in the market, dedicated to providing nationwide credit services. We seek a talented individual capable of managing branch operations and achieving targets in accordance with established policies. **OFFER** * **Base salary:** $8,800 gross monthly. **+ Statutory benefits.** **+ Uncapped commissions (sales generated by you and your team).** * **Working hours:** Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 7 p.m.; Saturday, 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. * **Direct hiring by the company.** * Incentives and bonuses for achieving additional objectives. * Per diems and operational work tools (utility vehicle and fuel).**Valid driver’s license required.** * Mobile phone. * **Work area:** Atlacomulco and adjacent municipalities. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Manage recruitment and conversion of new advisors. * Train new advisors and retain and keep experienced advisors updated. * Conduct daily field accompaniment. * Develop weekly work plans for the branch and field operations. * Review sales reports. * Attend to customers and authorities visiting the branch. **PROFILE** **Education:** Completed high school; bachelor’s degree preferred. As experience is key, this requirement may be negotiable. **Experience:** Supervision and management of field sales personnel, recruitment and development of sales advisors, achievement of sales targets. **Requirements:** * Willingness to travel within the region (within the state). * Valid CSF (Credit Risk Assessment Certificate) mandatory. * Ability to drive manual transmission vehicles and hold a valid Class A driver’s license.
