Administration of networks, servers, and IT services A leading industrial-sector company is looking to fill the position of **Systems and IT Engineer** in the **Querétaro, Qro.** area. **OBJECTIVE** We seek a **Software Developer with experience in Information Technology Support**, who can provide assistance in application development, maintenance, and enhancement, as well as in addressing and resolving technical incidents affecting internal users and supporting external clients. This role requires interaction with multidisciplinary teams and, in some cases, communication in English. **CANDIDATE PROFILE** * Software Development Engineer, Systems Engineer, or related field. * Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the field. * Development, maintenance, and enhancement of applications and internal systems. * Analysis, identification, and resolution of bugs in existing software and systems. * First- and second-level technical support for users (hardware and software). * Installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer equipment, operating systems, and applications. * Administration and knowledge of networks, servers, and IT services. * Experience with C, C#, VB.NET, Python, and Bash. * Web developer (HTML, PHP, and JavaScript). * Collaboration with different departments to gather technical requirements. * Communication with vendors or external teams when required (in English).
