We are currently seeking talent like you—energetic, responsible, and dedicated individuals ready to learn, grow, and share your knowledge.* **REQUIREMENTS:** * Prior experience in technical support. * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. * Basic knowledge of the **Epicor 9.05** system. * Basic knowledge of **Contpaqi**. * Knowledge of operating systems and networks. * Age: 24 to 30 years old. * Responsible, analytical, proactive, and organized. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Assembling and disassembling PCs, including familiarity with hardware components. * Crimping network cables and configuring connectivity. * Installing and uninstalling software. * Configuring and maintaining Windows 10 and 11. * Installing and configuring peripherals (printers, telephony, scanners, etc.). * Visiting branches to resolve technical issues. * Providing support to internal and external users. * Diagnosing and resolving hardware and software technical issues. * Installing and configuring equipment and systems. * Collaborating in the implementation of technological solutions. **WORK LOCATION:** **Av Bernardo Reyes 5436, San José, 64270 Monterrey, N.L.
