Oversee quality control to ensure final products meet production specifications and manage footwear personnel. Monitor production plans and reduce production costs by avoiding rework. Achieve daily production targets. Improve production systems (methods and procedures) through continuous improvement initiatives. Reduce production costs and eliminate rework. Develop subordinates’ potential. Enhance manufacturing efficiency. Track operational tasks, pending items, and order deliveries. Collaborate with other departments to achieve objectives and resolve problematic situations. Define responsibilities for departmental activities, ensuring equitable workload distribution among assigned operators while maintaining fair and respectful treatment. Plan, organize, and request all necessary manufacturing inputs in advance. Prepare and communicate the daily production plan to the team. Maintain machinery and equipment under optimal operating conditions. Enforce internal work regulations. Ensure optimal safety and cleanliness conditions.
