We are currently seeking candidates like you—responsible, committed individuals with a service-oriented mindset—who are interested in joining a company that offers job stability, professional development, and a work environment grounded in respect and trust. **POSITION**: SHIFT SUPERVISOR **WORK LOCATION:** PARQUE FINSA AND LA CIENEGA INDUSTRIAL CORRIDOR **SHIFTS:** 48 HRS PER WEEK (12-HOUR SHIFTS) **REQUIREMENTS:** Minimum verifiable experience of 6 months in the field. Valid and original documentation. Excellent personal appearance. Completed secondary education. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Supervise and coordinate operational staff during the shift. * Verify staff punctuality, attendance, and appearance. * Assign instructions and distribute service positions. * Conduct supervision rounds in assigned areas. * Respond to incidents and make immediate decisions. * Prepare and review logs and incident reports. * Maintain constant communication with clients and the command center. * Verify proper use of equipment (radios, detectors, CCTV, etc.). * Implement security protocols and operational procedures. * Train and guide newly hired staff during the shift. * Report disciplinary infractions or operational needs. * Coordinate shift handovers and交接 (shift turnover).
