Customer interaction and service coordination A metal-mechanical company dedicated to manufacturing high-quality automotive trailers is seeking personnel to support the sales department. **Objective:** Manage and ensure implementation of business strategies through planning and tactics to achieve the quality/business objectives communicated by senior management. **Responsibilities:** Assist with updating sales department forms. Support cost estimation for services. Prepare quotations. Interact with customers on occasion. Inspect maintenance services on-site. Coordinate services and roadside assistance.
