Position Summary: We are seeking a professional to ensure inventory control, shrinkage management, and product recovery in reverse logistics, with a focus on quality management in distribution centers. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in inventory management and merchandise movement (groceries) 2. Knowledge of ISO quality control processes (preferred) 3. Monitoring of performance indicators and operational productivity REQUIREMENTS: Degree in Economics and Administration, Industrial Engineering, Computer Systems Engineering, or Quality Management (certified) Knowledge of ISO quality control processes in distribution centers (preferred) Knowledge of merchandise movement (GROCERIES), handling, control, and care Inventory handling and movements, adjustments Monitoring of performance indicators and productivity of the operational staff at distribution centers RESPONSIBILITIES: Ensure inventory tracking in the returns warehouse, including reconciliations and shrinkage of products in operations Ensure shrinkage control and recovery of products received through reverse logistics due to quality failures, operational incidents, or product donations arising from received returns Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $14,000.00 - $15,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
